We all know that fishing line that is virtually invisible to fish allows your lure to have a more natural presentation. With this in mind the engineers at Cajun Line developed the Cajun Red technology that makes our fishing line "virtually disappear" under water.

HOW DOES CAJUN RED TECHNOLOGY WORK?
When considering how the visible color spectrum (the red, orange, yellow, green, blue and violet of a rainbow for example) reacts as it enters the water, spectrometry confirms that it is the color red that is first to be filtered. It is this natural filtering, combined with the material composition of Cajun Red Line, that allows a more realistic lure presentation, and leads to more hook-ups.

Even above the water, Cajun Red Line has the advantage over clear lines. Because natural scenes rarely contain fully saturated colors, Cajun Red is much more visible above the water, allowing the angler to better see the subtle twitches in the line caused by an active lure or fish strike.

The visible spectrum of light as it enters the water:
Water filters out certain colors more quickly than others. The color RED is the first color to be completely filtered.
This means that once Cajun Red line goes under water, it starts to become less visible in as little as
three feet of water! All fish see is the lure.
